Terms of service

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms of sale (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the online store shop.adikopas.lt (the “Store”) and for purchasing goods.

1.2. The goods are sold by UAB „Adikopas group“, company code 302532962, VAT number LT100005552419, registered office at Pikulo g. 55, LT-48433 Kaunas, Lithuania, email parduotuve@adikopas.lt, phone +370 67 377171 (the “Seller”).

1.2.1. The Seller's business hours are Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 (EET). The Store accepts orders around the clock, but enquiries by email and phone are handled during business hours; email is answered within one business day.

1.3. A Buyer is a legally capable natural person aged 18 or over, or a legal entity, who has placed an order in the Store.

1.4. By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms. The Terms constitute the contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.5. The Seller may amend the Terms. The version in force at the time the order was placed applies to that order.

2. Goods and prices

2.1. The Store sells sports and leisure apparel and accessories branded with the marks of sports clubs, schools and academies.

2.2. Product descriptions state the fabric composition, weight and properties. Product photographs are illustrative; colours may differ slightly from the actual product depending on screen settings.

2.3. Prices are stated in euros and include 21 % value added tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before the order is confirmed.

2.4. The Seller may change prices. The price in force at the moment the order was placed applies to that order.

3. Personalisation

3.1. Some products in the Store can be personalised – a name and/or number is printed on them at the Buyer's instruction.

3.2. The Buyer enters the personalisation details themselves on the product page before adding the item to the basket. The Seller produces the item exactly as entered by the Buyer and is not responsible for spelling mistakes made by the Buyer.

3.3. The name field is limited to 25 characters, the number field to 3 digits.

3.4. If the personalisation fields are left empty, the item is produced without personal branding.

3.5. Personalised goods are made to the Buyer's individual order, and therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (see the Refund and exchange policy).

4. Placing an order and formation of the contract

4.1. The Buyer selects products and sizes, enters personalisation details where required, and adds the items to the basket.

4.2. When placing the order the Buyer provides a contact email, first name, surname and delivery address. Legal entities additionally provide the company name and VAT number – this data is used to issue the VAT invoice.

4.3. The contract is deemed concluded when the Buyer has paid for the order and the Seller has sent an order confirmation to the email address provided.

4.4. The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order if the details supplied by the Buyer are clearly incorrect, or if the personalisation data contains offensive or discriminatory content or content infringing the rights of third parties. In such a case the full amount paid is refunded.

5. Payment

5.1. Goods are paid for immediately when the order is placed.

5.2. Available payment methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5.3. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. The Seller does not receive or store card details.

5.4. A VAT invoice is issued and sent to the email address provided by the Buyer within 1 business day of payment. For legal entities the invoice is issued using the company details given in the order.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery conditions, times and prices are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Quality and guarantee

7.1. The Seller warrants that the goods match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

7.2. The provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania on the quality guarantee of goods apply to defects. A Buyer who is a consumer may raise claims regarding non-conformity within two years of delivery.

7.3. The guarantee does not cover defects arising from improper use, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear or the Buyer's own actions.

7.4. Care recommendations: print and sublimation last longer when the garment is washed inside out at no more than 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener – softener builds up on the print and makes it brittle. Do not tumble dry. Iron only inside out or through a cloth, never directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

8. Liability

8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided in the order. The Seller is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect Buyer data.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for information presented on other companies' websites, even where they are reached through links in the Store.

9. Personal data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy published in the Store.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. Disagreements are settled by negotiation. The Buyer sends claims by email to parduotuve@adikopas.lt; the Seller replies no later than within 14 days.

10.2. A Buyer who is a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

10.3. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
