Consumer dispute resolution

A Buyer who is a consumer should first send claims by email to parduotuve@adikopas.lt. The Seller replies no later than within 14 days.

If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the consumer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to use the European Commission's online consumer dispute resolution platform.

Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
