Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. A Buyer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

1.2. The Buyer notifies the Seller of withdrawal by email at parduotuve@adikopas.lt, stating the order number and the items being returned.

1.3. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.

2. When the right of withdrawal does NOT apply

2.1. Under Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(4) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Buyer's individual order and clearly personalised for them.

2.2. In practice this means that goods bearing a name and/or number printed at the Buyer's instruction cannot be returned.

2.3. This exception does not apply if the item is defective or does not match the order – in that case Section 5 of this policy applies.

2.4. Goods carrying club, school or academy branding but no personal name or number may be returned under the general rules – they are not considered personalised.

3. Condition of returned goods

3.1. Returned goods must be:

• unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
• with all original labels;
• in the original packaging, where the packaging forms part of the product's appearance.

3.2. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

4. Return costs and refunds

4.1. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer, except where the goods are defective or do not match the order.

4.2. Having received and inspected the goods, the Seller refunds the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.

4.3. The refund covers the price of the goods and the original delivery charge (the cheapest method offered by the Seller). If only part of an order is returned, the delivery charge is not refunded.

5. Defective goods or goods not matching the order

5.1. If the Buyer receives damaged, defective or incorrect goods, they must notify the Seller by email at parduotuve@adikopas.lt within 14 days of receipt, attaching the order number and photographs.

5.2. The Seller will replace the item, remedy the defect or issue a refund at its own expense – the option is agreed with the Buyer.

5.3. This section also applies to personalised goods.

6. Exchanges

6.1. Non-personalised goods may be exchanged for a different size. The request is sent by email within 14 days of receipt. The new size is produced and dispatched within the times stated in the Shipping policy.

6.2. The cost of exchange shipping is borne by the Buyer.

6.3. Personalised goods cannot be exchanged, except in the cases set out in Section 5.
